Concerned about some of the online reviews I'd read, I contacted Darren Braunstein directly in advance of our visit to the store to purchase carpeting for our master bedroon and staircase. He was helpful in assuring my husband and me, first-time carpet buyers, of a good experience. We are very detail-oriented consumers, and expect/demand good service. Warren in the Fairfield store did an excellent job for us, both during our visit to the store, as well as via e-mail after our purchase. Throughout the whole process, he was patient, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and was very pleasant to work with. Art, the measurer, was also very nice and professional. As for the installation, Diego and Luis, too, were very friendly and professional, and we were quite impressed with the quality of their work, in particular on our staircase. They also took special care to accommodate our cable wiring. Overall, the carpeting looks great and the process wasn't painful at all - in fact, it went very smoothly, and easily, and everything happened right on schedule. Worldwide Wholesale was a recommendation from a friend of ours who is quite knowledgeable about home improvement-related projects and vendors, and we are very happy that we decided to work with them.

We are finishing a kitchen, foyer, and powder room remodel and used Worldwide's Edison, NJ store as a source of our floor and backsplash tile. We looked in more than half a dozen other stores, including another Worldwide store. In the end we decided to purchase from the Edison store primarily due to the outstanding support from Susan Schertl. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. If you are looking to buy tile and get some help thinking through the issues, Worldwide and Susan are excellent sources. My wife and I could not be happier!

I highly recommend Worldwide Wholesale Floor Coverings. They were very helpful with selection, prices are great and installation was a breeze! I have bought there a few times and each time was a pleasure. I recommend them to all my friends and family! Alex was great to work with!

but that soon went away. the sales person Sheryl was extremely friendly but moreso knowledgeable and helpful. she made recommendations that saved us money and we got a better quality product . the installers were efficient, neat, and knew what they were doing. an excellent experience all around

I had 5 rooms of carpet installed from Worldwide. From purchasing the carpet to installation , everything was perfect. They were so helpful in the store, they guided me to the choices that fit all my needs. They had a huge selection it was hard to decide! Having the installation crew in my home was a pleasure, they were polite and extremely neat. Every room is perfect . I do not have one complaint and highly recommend them. There are no gimmicks, just professional people doing a great job!

We had a great experience with Worldwide through Costco. Leslie was a great saleswoman & helped us tremendously. She even helped us pick the color of our new carpet & it looks terrific! Leslie also made sure that our order was "rushed" since we are pregnant & due soon. The installers were on-time, professional & clean. Overall a great experience!

Worldwide flooring really outdid themselves in carpeting our basement renovation. I was recommended to consult with Worldwide from my basement contractor, Better Basement Company. I first spoke to Gary Ahern, the Property Manager of Worldwide. He was very courteous and helpful, and advised me to speak to Alex Vaynstein, the store manager at the Fairfield location. The shopping experience was very friendly, without any pressure to push us beyond our budget. With my wife being pregnant in her 3rd trimester, we were on a time constraint to complete the project before our due date. The carpet we picked out was not readily available and had to ordered, made, and shipped, which did take a few weeks. Alex and his staff really came through to get us the carpet as soon as possible by getting us an installation date a week earlier than planned. The carpet installers were incredibly skilled with no seams visible, quick, and left no mess behind. Our 2 month basement renovation is finally complete with the lovely carpet we have, and the space finally feels like home. I would recommend Worldwide flooring, and particularly Alex Vaynstein's store in a heartbeat to anyone.
