Karen, my saleswoman, was very informative and answered any questions or concerns I had. Measuring technician was courteous and thorough. Scheduling was easy and the date I had chosen was agreed upon without any reservations. Installers Don and his assistant were very neat, courteous and considerate of my needs. They carefully moved large pieces of furniture and replaced them back to their original positions after carpeting had been installed. All debris was removed from my home and premises. There were no negatives to this entire process and I would highly recommend Worldwide.

The trim took a little longer than expected to come in, but the end result is undeniable. Beautifully done.

The quality of the installation was muted by the fact that when the grout between the tiles dried there were significant number of noticeable cracks. Re-grouting was required and an appointment was scheduled. After the re-grouting the issue was resolved.

Our sales person was very knowledgeable and worked with us to obtain the best results. Our installers Don & Alberto worked very hard because we are seniors and they had to move a lot of furniture and move it back again. They were very professional and although it was a huge job, (an entire 2 story home) they were finished in a day and a half. The carpet installation looks great.

Wanted a flooring SPECIALIST, not a GENERALIST like a big box store. Process was all new to me; sales consultant, Leah Hill (Fairfield), walked me through the entire process step by step. If she mentioned a term & I didn't know what it was, Leah said, "C'mon, I'll show you." We walked around the store so I could see for myself. Leah also showed me difference between vinyl and linoleum. Laser measurement of my kitchen was state of the art! 5 minutes to do and very precise! Company is very detail-oriented; paperwork is extremely itemized; appointments are kept; contact with customer is regular; and installation was done to perfection! Pricing was very reasonable, too. Using Worldwide Wholesale Floor Coverings was a super choice when purchasing my new kitchen floor (which I love!)
