Worldwide Wholesale Floor CoveringsReviews of worldwidefloors.com

Good service from sales staff in the show room. Floor installers did a good job, accommodating all requests and went to extra length to provide a good flooring.

The whole purchase was very easy. The product was good, at a fair price and excellent installation.

I started out buying a laminated floor for my den. It is on a cement flooring and it would have cost me $900 more to level the floor, so I went with carpeting and had the room next also carpeted. The job was will done.

After giving my initial deposit, I then read a lot of negative reviews about Worldwide installers; nothing could be farther from the truth. The ENTIRE experience was above exceptional, from the sales, to selection, and especially the intallers. They were more like artisians, then just mere "floor installers." I have recommended Worldwide to four friends, and would, without any hesitation, recommend them to anyone who wants beautiful floors and experienced personnel assisting you with your selection. As a retired Contruction Project Manager who used to work on a $100 million dollar portfolio of buildings in Bethesda MD, I would not have hesitated for a minute in using Worldwide on any of my projects; I'm just sorry I didin't know about them then!!

I have purchased bathroom floor & wall tile, kitchen floor tile and bedroom carpeting all from the WW Edison, NJ store. I must say I was quite impressed by the level of knowledge and just good, old fashioned customer service provided by Susan in the tile dept. She not only knew tiling in & out but she was so helpful in general interior design, carpeting considerations and even went above & beyond and visited my home and take a look at my basement while it was under construction to offer her advice! You just don't see this type of customer service every day and we will forever be indebted to her. The carpet installation by Maurice was also fantastic. The job was large and the room dimensions were challenging but Maurice showed great "engineering" know-how and a very strong work ethic in completing the job. He stayed VERY late and put in a great deal of effort to make sure the room looked like a million bucks. All in all, I would recommend WW Edison store to any and all. A 100% satisfaction rating from me!

We had dealt with Jeff when we installed the hardwood in our first floor and he was great. So, we headed right back to him for the second floor project. He is really knowledgeable, friendly, upbeat and helpful. After we completed the sale he stayed right with us and was there to help us with questions and explain things. The installer was great as well. There are a lot of stairs to our second floor and he did the job alone (my only criticism and the reason for the 4 stars) so he made hundreds of trips up and down the stairs measuring, cutting and installing the wood. The finished floor looks great and we're thrilled with it.

If you are confused on what you want to do just go to Worldwide and see the selection they have to offer from carpets, tile, wood foors and much more.

Order received earlier than expected, and in perfect working condition.
