They installed my carpeting much to my satisfaction.

A three man crew showed up at 8 AM and worked until five o'clock. They cleaned up debris as they went along and even covered my driveway with cloth so it wouldn't get stained. Throughout the day, "Matt" advised me of the work they had accomplished and he answered all my questions & concerns. They came back the next day to grout the floor and finished within 2 hours. I was particularly concerned with the grout and whether or not it would stain. My last kitchen floor installed 14 years ago, had grout I was never able to keep clean and the tiles began to crack within one year. So after allowing the grout to dry for 48 hours, I poured ketchup and red salad dressing onto the grout (where the dishwasher was to be installed) . Two days later, after the ketchup and salad dressing dried, I was able to clean the grout with a paper towel, water and no scrubbing. The verdict is not in yet as to the durability of the tiles, but since special backing was put down before the tiles were laid (not done on my previous floor) I have high hopes for the tile's longevity.

We chose Worldwide after waiting 5 months for another tile installer and carpenter from Standard Tile that never showed up. Roe at Fairfield helped us with our selection of porcelain tile and set up the appointments for the installer to take measurements and later for the installation date 5 weeks later. Mat and his crew were a joy to work with. They completed the task on time and the results are beautiful ( kitchen, powder room, back hall, entry way and closet).

STAY AWAY FROM WORLDWIDE FLOORING..........They are a big fraud. They will cheat you and rip you off your money. Do not go to them. So so unprofessional My Story: Ordered a prestigious brand Brazilian wood from them. First of all had to wait weekssss than the actual installation date. Second, they come in and install a cheaper, lower quality flooring without my consent. They themselves say in their own words: "The merchant has explained that they the item of the particular brand was backordered. They have installed item of a similar brand with same quality under authorization. They further explained that the work order was signed after the completion of the work. They have advised that flooring was delivered three days prior installation" 3 things worth noting here: 1) They say, under authorization, wow, once the product is installed, at the end of the day, they first get the satisfaction letter signed and then they show you the work order that has the actual SKU of the product. What kind of authorization or consent is this? 2) They say flooring was delivered 3 days prior to installation: again I am amazed how many lies these people can come up with. Their installer show up on the morning of Aug 22 2014, with the product, not to deliver but to instal it the same day. We tried to confirm the sku, but the product box didn't carry any. It just mentioned Brazilian wood. If my brand product was backordered, shouldn't worldwide inform me and give me the choice whether I want this new product or what so ever...... 3) The work order signed after the competition of the work,,,,this itself explains when they actually showed us the actual work order. But they got the satisfaction letter signed before the work order. And when I called them to let them know that we understood what happened here,,, and asked for our money this is what they say. What would you call this? A Job well done,,, well by the worldwide people for duping us. They commit fraud and then have the nerve to refuse me my money. I say,, worldwide come and take back your product and refund me my money. And YOU ALL STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Now they have collaborated with COSTCO for the flooring install and using COSTCO name to show how reputed and professional they are. Thats what they kept telling us,,,""your order is backed by COSTCO. We cannot go wrong in this"" But let me tell you, ours was a special COSTCO order. Even COSTCO refused to back their member. So do not go any where near the WORLDWIDE display stall that they put in COSTCO EDISON.

The store was great, huge selection, knowledgeable sales person. However, over a month gone by to find out that the carpet is not available, supplier can't make it... If I didn't enquire would be another month or more before discovered.... In the mean time started paying finance company for the runner I didn't have. Had to come into the store and chose another carpet. The installation was terrible, a thirteen step stairs were divided into five pieces, stitches visible, and to top it off, the bottom section off center by an inch. This is a second survey I asked to do yet no word from the company to correct for bad installation... Not a good business.

The Fairfield location employees, Alex and Cindy, were very knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we were looking for within our budget. The installation was expertly done, on time, by the highly skilled Marceo and his equally skilled helper. We highly recommend them!!

Our experience with Worldwide Flooring was excellent all due to the fantastic efforts of our salesman Ron Griggs. His expertise in flooring our home and guidance was above the grade. Ron's friendly personality does not diminish his ability to guide us through the very difficult wood floor and carpeting process. Yes, my husband and I would strongly recommend Ron Griggs our salesman and Worldwide Flooring Company in Edison NJ.

I recently had laminate flooring and carpeting installed by Worldwide. Both sets of installers were on time, called ahead, were polite, pleasant working crews. They could not have been NEATER and their workmanship appears to be excellent. Of course the sales department worked with us to select a complimentary carpet abutting the flooring and then coordinated the two installations and within two days our home was transformed.
