Placed an order, and paid, for a NOVA bag in November 2023, with an anticipated delivery date of February 2024. Needless to say, no bag has yet been delivered, and I am now very concerned that this order will never materialise. I have had to chase for updates, and only receive automatic bot-style responses that always promise a further update that never arrives.

Buyer beware. I would not buy anything from this company. I have been waiting over 7 months for my product and haven’t received it even thought they charged my credit card. Make sure you read the fine print as pre-order items cannot be cancelled after 5 days. They also refuse to provide a phone number. There are very similar products available that are much less expensive.

I purchased a handbag February 2023. Over more than 12 months I have received varying stories why I have not received it - colour not available, coming from India, colour not available due to heat in India, bag was sent but lost in transit, what other colour would I like, sorry we only have this colour available ... Now my emails are not being responded to, webs claims order is fulfilled - no date no tracking number etc. WhenI look on their website I see that that particular bag is longer being advertised. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Despite the significant delay, I received my order. The bag is very pretty and well-made.

They keep pushing out my delivery date, latest is due to cyclone in China? I ordered in Oct 2023 for a Feb 2024 delivery. They moved it to April, now July? All the positive reviews on their site are from 2019? I think this is either a scam, or an extremely poorly run start up. Not sure what is worse, being a scam or being incompetent.

En novembre 23 j’ai commandé pour un cadeau en janvier aujourd’hui mars 24 toujours rien! Aucun suivi, des réponses d’un robot et en anglais alors qu’ils sont censés livrer dans le monde entier ! Ils ont encaissé les 550€ et moi toujours rien. Soit ils finissent par nous virer car ils ont un service incompétent et pendant ce temps ils font travailler notre argent soit ils nous arnaquent tout simplement. D’ailleurs dès la commande on subi cette arnaque puisqu’ils ne donnent aucune date de livraison AVANT que l’on ait PAYÉ !! Très malin. Lorsque j’ai vu cette date de livraison à la saint glinglin, j’ai voulu annuler mais impossible !! Je vous en supplie garder votre argent allez acheter ailleurs ! Moi je ne vais pas laisser ça comme ça je vais porter plainte à la police dés fraudes fait qu’à ça cesse! Regarder les avis lorsqu’il y à quelqu’un qui se plaint comme par hasard un autre commentaire vient contrebalancer le votre. En fait, je sais comment ça se passe , ils ne peuvent pas stopper ceux qui les dérangent mais ils peuvent en fabriquer !!! Vous verrez le mien sera contredit. Pour ceux qui sont dans ma situation faites comme moi arrêtez d’attendre et aller porter plainte , la police du web existe même en France. Même si on ne récupère rien fait penser aux prochaines victimes.

I placed a pre-order in July 2023 and got charged on my card. Delivery should have been in January 2024. When I checked, the pre-order could not be delivered yet because of worldwide shortage. they would get a restock within in the next 1-2 weeks. Checked again beginning of February, again the same message and that they would be shipped within 2 weeks time. Have not received any emails of them since placing the order. If I use the chat I only get a robot saying that they will email me. Still waiting on that (at this point already for 3 months). I’m now at the point that I think I was scammed. Hopefully I’m wrong! @woolandoaks please contact me and proof me wrong.
