The Wool & Oak team started my experience off on the wrong foot, but by the end the customer service team has resolved all issues and ensured I was taken care of. The Large Nova bag itself is an amazingly designed product for short business trips that require a garment bag integration. The 3rd Party logistics firm failed to make an adjustment to supplier knowing about a postal strike. W&O received this feedback well. After receiving the first bag with a defective wheel, the W&O team addressed the issue by simply replacing the entire bag. I look forward to using it often on my 2-4 day business hauls.

Absolutely stunning bag!! And indeed really practical for various uses. Also received great support from the team (importing to where I live is not easy, but we managed) 👍

Zipper could be higher quality

I love the form and function of my Nova large bag. It looks great-I got a couple of compliments on it- fit easily in the overhead and gave me a place to put my suit on 2 weekend trips 1 for a wedding one for a funeral. I bought one for my better half and recommended to several friends

Total scam, stay away! I bought the duffle and within the first trip the zippers broke and the wheels fell apart. The quality is horrendous and the marketing a bait and switch. 14 day return policy over the long holiday period a joke!

I recently ordered the large Nova bag from Wool & Oak and I could not be happier with my purchase. I used it to travel to NYC and had to walk around up and down the city with it and it was easy and convenient to carry around. The quality build is top notch. Only complaint l had was that it would not fit in the carry on compartment in the plane and I had to check in the bag.

This is by far one of the absolute best and highest quality wheeled duffles available. The quality is totally unmatched. There are cheaper alternatives available but after putting in a vast amount of research, I found this bag exceeds my requirements and expectations. Also, per many of the negative reviews, there seems to be some major past supply chain / customer support issues especially outside of the states. I can attest that my experience (US) has been the complete opposite. For example, I did not like the color of my original order and contacted customer support for an exchange. Once approved and they had the initial bag in hand, I had my replacement (chocolate) within 5 working days. I was kept abreast of the return/exchange status via email and txt message thus I was kept abreast of the status at all times. The only issue I noted is that the website pictures of the Chocolate Nova Large has brown wheels (which I do not care for); the current version has black wheels, thus the newer version is a total win for me. As for travel experience, I've yet to take a trip but will do so soon. As of date, I have completed several preliminary packings and can easily pack 5-7 days worth of clothing without a hitch. I really wish the bag came with a few packing cubes to assist in organizing. Also including a small lock would be a nice touch. W&O use to make a leather knapsack, I wish they would bring it back into production as it would compliment this bag exceptionally well. I feel this is a very solid investment and I believe it will last a lifetime. Trust me, once you get your hands on one, you will not let go! Hope this helps!

After dragging a duffle through the airport on our last trip I scoured the internet for the best “wheeled” duffle. And the Wool and Oak Nova did not disappoint. Quality leather, convertible to lay flat, easy to pack with multiple pockets! Highly recommend it! OMG Just flew with this. Waiting in line to board flight, no less than 6 people including flight attendant wanted to know all about it! Actually several went on line immediately to check it out!
