The advertising on Social Media for the name puzzles look so inviting that after having purchased name puzzles from an Australian company for years I thought I would get something different. What I perceived to have purchased as a gift from a sample on the invoice was very different to the uninspiring end result. I was embarrassed in giving my gift which was a very small and flimsy name puzzle with no decoration. Apparently I did not understand the ordering process. I thought I ordered as per the picture on my invoice. Their timeliness in delivery and answering my complaint was quick but I would not recommend the product.

After reading many negative reviews, I was a little afraid to buy anything from this webshop. When I received the package, it turned out that they had sent me the wrong version of the Growth Chart. After sending an email, I got a quick response and they sent me the correct version. They responded quickly each time and fixed the problem well, so I'm happy with the customer service! I also like the Growth Chart, so am happy with my purchase.

This is a company right out of China. Why is the US allowing Chinese Companies into our market. They masked themselves as U.S. base company until your order from them then you realize it's a company outside the USA. I caution anyone considering to order from this company to first read all of the reviews. I DID NOT! DO NOT ORDER from this company as they did not fulfill my order. I received two of the four items ordered and when I contacted them about the other items, they wrote back (in broken English) that the other items were in production in other words back ordered. I indicated that I did not want the other two items to please cancel the order and issue a refund. They wrote back to barter with me by offering 15% discount on my next order if I were to wait two days for the items to be shipped. I was clear in my email to them about my intentions but I waited four days before I replied to that email. After waiting four days, I still had not received the items. I wrote them back requesting them to cancel the order as I had not received the items after waiting for more than two days. They wrote me back stating they had not heard from me with respect to my intentions. I'm done playing the game. I contacted my creditor to assist with obtaining my money back and a refund for the items I did not receive. Oh, by the way, the items were okay. It was not worth the headache and the anguish. Do Not order from them!!!

Do not buy these products, they are a complete rip off, very poorly made, awful quality. These are a scam, they appear to be much better quality than they are and trick you by making you think they are reduced so you are getting a good deal for something which is solid wood. These are nothing more than thin ply board cut from a machine. They also don’t make you aware the products come from China. Customer service is also awful, they are refusing to give me a refund.

Never received my order.

Very small, cheaply made puzzle, cracked by the first letter of the name. I ordered one without the pegs, but pegs were in the letters and the board itself is flimsy. Have requested a refund, but no response as of yet.

Do not order from this company! Ordered a name puzzle which showed the babies name and other puzzle pieces of animals that was A4 sized and received just a tiny puzzle with the babies name only which looks cheap and tacky and about the size of an iPhone. Just tried to get a refund and the business address is in China so we already know how that’s going to go. I’m so annoyed I didn’t come on here to check the feedback first!

Woodemon I ordered a child’s name puzzle. The child’s name has an apostrophe. I was allowed to add the apostrophe when I placed the ordered and there is nowhere on the page that indicates a special character cannot be included. I looked for a number to call but there was not a phone to call. I went ahead and placed the order and received a confirmation of the order. A few days went by I received no communication stating they couldn’t fulfill the order. After about 3 weeks or so, I finally received the puzzle and the apostrophe was not included in the child’s name. I reached out them by email twice before hearing anything back. I finally got the response, “Hello, our store name puzzle has always been 26 English letters, special symbols cannot be added, thank you for your understanding.”. I emailed back because I didn’t understand because nowhere on the site does it say this, my order went through with the apostrophe, and I received no communication stating they couldn’t create an apostrophe, which is what my response said. And I asked for a refund or some sort of compensation. They sent an email back stating, “We will reissue it for you, and you can change your name.”. So I responded how would change the child’s name; refund my money. I received the unprofessional response, “Are you kidding me, how do we make you a comma notch?”. I sent and email back letting them know they are unprofessional and demanded my money back.
