I got this personalized name puzzle for my granddaughter's second birthday, and she absolutely loves it. The little pegs are a great addition for little fingers.

I was super skeptic after I had already purchased 2 items and then saw these reviews. But I did receive both items, a puzzle and a letter bank for putting coins in - very well made and so adorable! They are gifts for a friend. I ordered just in time before I have to give the gifts and it took about 3 weeks or so. My only complaint is that I never received an email for either items (both came at separate times) that it was shipped or ever providing any update - they sort of just arrived at my doorstep. Maybe because they are a small company they haven't figured that out yet but I hope they can figure out a system to update you and let you know it has shipped. It will take time for delivery but they should come, so they are not scamming anyone, at least not my experience.

I was nervous when I placed my order and found out that this company was from China. But they sent me the logistics information in time, it turned out to be good. It didn't fail me!

The board is awesome, I bought a similar one from amazon before, full of imperfection and burrs, and paint smell, very unsafe... This puzzle is really as attractive as the picture, it really is worth every penny. Plus, the packaging is super cool, perfect for gifting!

The puzzle showed up in just 10 days! And the quality is pretty good, the boards are smooth and burr free, and the little handles are solid.
