Advertising inaccurate and changes. Item took weeks to arrive. Tiny puzzle of 1 arrived when it should have been 4. When I showed them a screenshot of my purchase they replied with something different. Avoid purchasing from this company.

Poor quality and way over priced. My fault for not scrutinizing my invoice - each animal selection is extra; Paid over $45 for a 4-letter name wood puzzle with 4 animal faces! Never again!!!!

Didn’t originally receive tracking information but the company emailed me back with one quickly. Quality is as good as expected for price being cheap. Received the item a little bit later then expected but still within a couple weeks of ordeing. Shipped from China

DO NOT ORDER! I would give a 0 if it were possible. Ordered in Mid November. It has not arrived. E-mailed customer service. Response is that it has not left the factory in China. DO NOT ORDER!

Customer service doesn’t exist and I highly doubt that I will receive my order at all. I was thinking that the price is fair and the website looks nice, so it must be legit but they are probably just scammers, taking money from people without the intention to actually make and send the order. It is even sadder that they chose a toy for children. Super disappointed!

DO NOT ORDER! If I can rate 0 I would! These is a scam company. Order placed 11/18 and no package in sight nor an email regarding shipping. I have emailed this company several times asking where my package is or what the status is on shipping and I have yet to receive an email! Please save yourself the headache of having to dispute charges with your bank and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

If I could give zero starts I would. After I placed my order I didn’t receive a tracking number. After I emailed customer service they didn’t send it and telling me I just have to wait. My order was delivered to the wrong state! And they finally reached out and told me it was delivered and I had to reach out to usps to find it. I asked for a refund and they have been ignoring my emails! Save your money and time.
