They refused to cancel the order when I emailed immediately after ordering. When it did arrive, the box was completely battered and the height chart was scuffed inside the packaging. Very cheap flimsy material. Just drop shopping from China

It's been 6 weeks now and I ordered a jacket for a childs birthday, the response I get is thank you for your patience, I don't have any left. it mentioned a 6 to 9 day delivery

They started work on my order straight away and finished it quickly. It was shipped from China so it took a little while but I could see the delivery updates online. It came in a nice box and was just as advertised

They play games with expedited shipping. They told me my item shipped, and then I got notice that the delivery date was way after the window promised for the $40 I spent for faster shipping. When I emailed, they said the 4-5 day window was shipping time only; they also needed time for production. But they notified me that my item shipped, and the delivery date is more than 5 days after that… by A LOT. I pointed this out, and don’t yet have a response (if I will get one). I definitely didn’t pay an extra $40 for this kind of service. Just don’t bother. It’s not worth the utter lack of acceptable service.

Sent me a pink bag rather than a blue bag what I ordered. Refused to refund me! As the bag works. But it’s not what I ordered. A boy can’t have a pink bag!!!

Worst delivery in the history of international commerce

I am still waiting for my puzzle I ordered 23 Feb and paid extra for express delivery! Sent an email and had no answer! I will not buy again from them as I’ve missed my Great grandson’s 1st birthday now! I also feel conned as I thought it was a UK company as they put UK-Woodemon. Massive mistake I should have looked at Trustpilot first which I normally do.

Omg. Whatever you do. Do NOT buy anything from here. Usually I’m good about ordering from sketchy web sites, but somehow this one got past me. The price I paid for two puzzles and what I received (which took almost a month) is absolutely atrocious. Literally cardboard, not wood. Unreal.
