JoyReviews of withjoy.com

Setting up our wedding website through Joy was so easy. We love all the options for personalization to us as a couple. We especially love that we could add a QR code for our guests to rsvp and get details as quickly as possible and all in one place.

Using WithJoy was such a good experience overall. The app is very easy to navigate, making everything feel simple and organized for both us and our guests. I also liked how clean and personal the setup looked, which made the event feel even more special. It definitely helped make planning less stressful and more enjoyable.

I ordered some items on Joy from the couple's registry! It was quick and easy and I was very impressed that they got back to me so quickly when I had a question! What a 'joy' to deal with this company!

I tried different free platforms to build my wedding website, but eventually all comes out having big limitations or fees to go live. I used Joy for the website only, avoiding all additional services. It is the only one truly free, without hidden payments. The interface is easy to use and complete. You can set almost any detail and it has advanced features such as guests list management and RSVP protected with password. My experience is completely positive, so I recommend it in case you are looking for a free platform to build your wedding website.

I booked accommodation through Joy website . The final invoice I got from the hotel was 51 euro less than what Joy charged me. The hotel told me that Joy must have charged a commission on the booking. If so, they should have disclosed it and make it transparent in the process of booking. I wrote to Joy twice seeking clarification, but never heard back fy them. Joy should fully disclose the price of the actual price of accommodation and what Joy charges for the booking. Also, ignoring queries doesn't appear to be good practice

Messy to use, helps track who is coming to the event, gives ideas of what else should be included on the website

Easy to navigate however I couldn’t add items in the registry because im located in Canada.

Very easy to use
