the website alone is absolutely amazing. i couldn't be more happier with my wedding website i tried to steer clear of using a 3rd party for wedding details but i couldn't help myself when i saw how much joy had to offer. im completely amazed at the detail and how beautiful it all looks. i was struggling to navigate due to user error but with the help from a live agent i was able to fix my issue in seconds. 1000/10

Building the website is fun and exciting but setting up the guest list, adding guest, and grouping them in App is god awful. Some guests dissapear completely from the list. If you want to add a guess but don’t have their email or number, you’re not able to save or add them. The worst part, you can only email your guest, but not send a text blast! It’s incredibly annoying. We had to manually add each email to every guest, instead of sending a text blast asking for their info. If I would have known it was going to be this difficult, I would have gone with another web service. Needs fixing!

The team were amazing in helping me out when I was panicking that I couldn’t get my page to work. My guests are loving the features and the design and they have recommended it already to their friends and family looking to marry in the forthcoming. As a wedding planner, I need to work with sites that are both beautiful AND functional. I was introduced to WithJoy in 2020, and have been using them ever since. They've made amazing upgrades every year. The user experience is simple but cohesive with planning. The RSVP tracking is top notch and SO much easier.

It has an alright setup. It's a little hard to understand/navigate at first. It is not very iphone friendly. The app does not work well on phone. Could never find my registry through the app. Should add an option to put in registry link to find it. Only has QR code option to find your registry. Not everyone has multiple devices to do that. Setting up my personal "site" was not easy and would not take a lot of the changes I kept putting in.

We find the website to be very useful overall; however, the formatting of the website & the options/management for the RSVP to the guests to be a bit limited and unintuitive.

This is a really helpful site! I'm using it to build my wedding website, and it just keeps getting better and better as I add more details.
