You get what you pay for. Why am I surprised that the site claiming to be free is not high quality? They just have a bunch of fake comments on reddit and I got fooled. On top of all that, they are not even properly free. Waste of my time.

Very convenient and super user friendly. Love the option for a basic free site especially since we're trying to keep it simple for our post-elopement party.

Disappointed overall. Not enough fonts. Little to no ability to add icons and library on offer are very twee and out of date. Discrepancies between app capabilities and desktop. Design interface of site not intuitive.

Excellent user friendly app. Makes the whole process of explaining the event date and what to expect super easy. Very simple RSVP section too! They have thought of everything ❤️

Didn't disclose the $7 credit card fee until the transaction was processed.

I have 2 events. An intimate ceremony on one day and a big reception 2 days later. I had the website all set up and sent it the ceremony invitation electronically. A few days later and went to send out the reception invite and when I tested it, the RSVP showed the ceremony event title, location, etc. I chatted on live chat but was told I can't have 2 different events on the same website so I'm now creating a 2nd identical website except for the event. I had set up the schedule with all the events but was told I have to do it this way. AWFUL!!! Many couples have weddings wth several events. This needs to be fixed! I have to copy everything from the ceremony website to the reception website. If you want to chat about this is be glad to discuss it.

Almost half of my invites didn’t send after I upgraded and paid for the text service. The ones that did receive their invites had lots of issues with RSVP-ing. When I went to send RSVP reminders. It wanted to charge me $50 (which was apparently a discount) to send 11 reminders. The website is painful and confusing to use. I contacted customer service with my issues and received no suggestions or compensation for the errors. 10/10 would not recommend.

An update. Its been 6 days and zero progress with this ridiculous company. NUMEROUS emails, chat and whats app messages and the last 3 days just ignored. All I wanted to know was if I could arrive 1 day earlier and how much that would cost. It got so late that I had to call the hotel myself and have their rate instead. The hotel were brilliant and I could actually SPEAK with someone. Companies that you cannot call shpuld absolutely not be allowed to operate in my opinion. This company is doing the absolute bare minimum for a massive payday...
