I am so happy I chose Joy to create my wedding website! This was my first time designing a website. I thought it looked difficult but it was so simple and straightforward with Joy! Excellent functionality and so many features all at no cost! The level of customisation was outstanding. Uploading photos was a breeze. They have the best templates. I was very impressed with how well the RSVP function worked and how simple that was to set up. It was so exciting getting the notifications in my email inbox of people RSVP’ing to our wedding and using the website I put lots of effort in to create! Could not recommend Joy enough! It is a fantastic application. The mobile app also works brilliantly.

After Multiple Multiple attempts to purchase a gift it came up with and error and the transaction could not be complete. I contacted support and that was more wasted time.

The AI bot wasn't helpful but once Lanie responded it was all uphill from there! And she sent a cute kitty gif that I saved lol.

I had an issue with my registry and the team at Joy were on top of it. Very polite and professional.

DO NOT BOOK HOTELS THROUGH WITHJOY!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked two nights hotel stay through With Joy for a friends wedding and paid in full back in January 2026. When I arrived at the the hotel, reception informed us that the hotel booking had been cancelled 4 months prior due planned renovation works. This had been relayed back to the Travel Partner (Booking.com) and refunded, but never filtered back to me. I ended up paying the hotel again in full for a new reservation. Now several hundreds of £££ out of pocket. To this day With Joy haven't refunded the money after multiple times of asking. With Joy state that this is due to them working with their "travel partner" (Booking.com). The same issue happened with some friends over the same weekend and hotel, who have been refunded the money by With Joy. No one can acknowledge why my situation is any different to this. Why they cannot refund the money and internally resolve whatever issue they've had with Booking.com, as its nothing to do with me. After a 20 plus email thread conversation with multiple different people at With Joy they still haven't refunded the money. I have contacted the Hotel who have confirmed no correspondence has been received by With Joy or Booking.com to date, and am having to collate my own evidence of the whole trail in the hope this springs With Joy into action. I have also initiated legal proceedings in the hope this speeds up the process. DO NOT BOOK HOTELS THROUGH WITHJOY!!!!

Very Intuitive navigation Designing & setting up the event & rsvps was a breeze! Plus they have responsive customer support staff The data capture, collation & analysis tools are straightforward to use too

I liked that there were templates— however there were so many pre added things like photos and info so I had to go manually deleted all that info to fill in my information. Also navigating through the website was confusing sometimes. Looking through everything is a little overwhelming — also combining guests into one family/deleting guests should be easier but it isn’t for some reason.

Really easy to use and provided us with everything we needed.
