It did take some time to make
It is great using Joy i found it easy to use but you had to make a lot of changes when you first make the website but you dont have to use every page. I also ordered my invites through Joy and that was great .

Make your own wedding website that includes everything in one place. Beautiful templates, planning tools, photo sharing app, RSVPs, plus wedding invitations and Save the Dates.

Not sure I’ll be sticking with it. Limited design options. And limited capacity for a multilingual event.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We'd love to learn more about what felt limiting about the design options and talk through some ways to support a multilingual event. If you're open to it, please email us at [email protected]. We'd love the opportunity to learn more and see how we can help.

It is a great platform to build your free website with a lot of personalization options.

This website is brilliant such a lovely extra touch to a wedding, easy to use even for a non tech 🤪 a friend used it for her wedding and I loved it, very different to an average invitation...love it love it love it!........so many compliments ❤️

I work in tech as a QA, and I found it very difficult to do the legwork for sending out invitations. - It's annoying that an email is necessary over a phone number. - Setting up groups and giving people plus 1s was not very straightforward. I ended up getting a lot of duplications in my guest list. - Creating a gift registry felt limited because adding your own stuff has a lot of bugs. It's a feature my husband and I spent a lot of time trying to get to work. Its a great idea but it would be easier to create separate registries and to give a link to guests. We loved that it was easy to collect people's dietary restrictions and that it was pretty easy to send out information like where to park to every guest the day before. We appreciated all the free options for e-invitations and how easy they were to customize. I would recommend it to other couples. All in all, we found it helpful but just wish things took a little less time to configure and had more help instructions. Adding tooltips everywhere would go a long way.

We booked a hotel through the website as part of a wedding invite. When we turned up, the hotel didn't have our booking. Online chat said they would get back to me in 1 business day - not much good when I'm standing in reception! I won't be booking anything through them again.

We’re so sorry for the stress this caused when you arrived at the hotel. We contacted the hotel and confirmed that your reservation is active, and we’ve emailed you the hotel confirmation number. Please check your email inbox for that message and let us know if we can help in any other way. The Joy Team

Email/chat conversation with JOY for hotel reservation change sounded promising initially. There is no phone help available. For the past week, they tell me they are working on it, they will make the request with their booking partner. Then they tell me it's done. Yet, the hotel manager, who was helpful, tells me it's not done. There are at least 2 other parties in between me and the hotel. They both tell me the other party needs to put the change through and the result is nothing. The hotel tells us they could change it but they need to be sure the booking company will pay them. Long story short it, it was a journey thru sludge, the modern phenomena of customer service being so time consuming that you finally give up. It did finally got done so I'm adding a star.

The site is incredibly bulky and not intuitive. The app is slow and buggy. Theres only 140 characters available for the dress code. Settings exist in too many places. The rsvp process isnt transparent specifically with plus ones.
