I loved that I could assign a plus one to people and it was automatically assigned! It was a little hard to navigate in the beginning (I am not tech savvy) but once I figured it out it was easy The only thing I didn't like is when I opened the App on my phone I never saw my photo first always another photo no matter how many times I tried to correct it but when looking at it from a computer I saw my photo Also love the count down clock even if it did stress me out from time to time knowing what all was left to do and what little time I had to do it in

Your app is working very slow sometimes. It is not well organised, meaning the menu is offered on the bottom of the page, then another menu is on the side, than on the homepage is the third different menu. The guestlists and adding guests on tags foes not eork properly and I cannot find the sharing link of the event. Maybe instead of guestlists I would like to see just sharing links. It is also messy because when I click some submenu it opens in the browser instead in the app. I like the whole app concept but its functionality is questionable.

Good website & customer service.

So many glitches and faults with the site. Issues with the guest list on the app and now the list has disappeared from it altogether. Spoke to the AI assistant at first which returned false information then a human that can’t figure out the issue and has just left me without a reply for days while we need to get RSVPs sorted. Would definitely advise against using.

The website is free, no ads, and has everything you need BUT slow to respond, difficult to navigate, frustrating to use. However, I'm still using it and will continue to, but you do need some patience

The Experience is great, however ill suggest that we can add video content or GIF content as well or make UX more better, the nav seems bit confusing sometimes and the more customization options for even if there is any premium plan that would work. but however you offergreat service and the website is accessible and fun

I booked a room explicitly advertised, confirmed, and paid for as "Double Queen Beds" to safely accommodate my family of four (including two toddlers). When I called the hotel directly to confirm, they told me that Joy had only processed a single queen bed—which physically and legally cannot fit my family. When I contacted Joy support to fix their system error, it was a total nightmare. An agent named Izza literally admitted to me in writing that the room name meant two separate queen beds, only to backtrack hours later. Because they couldn't provide the room I actually paid for, they tried to force a "non-refundable" policy on me and refused to issue a refund. Attempting to keep a customer's money when you completely fail to deliver the advertised service is incredibly unethical. They hide behind automated scripts instead of fixing their own platform's errors. I have been forced to escalate this directly to the ACCC, NSW Fair Trading, and my bank for a formal chargeback. Avoid booking accommodation with Joy at all costs—completely untrustworthy.
