JoyReviews of withjoy.com

Me and my fiance really enjoyed using this website to organize our guest list, registry and create a free online invitation. For it being completely free it really met our needs. The app is a bit limiting to create the invitations and sort through but other than that no complaints. This really relieved some stress for wedding planning process

There were a few glitches and some things I didn't understand how to do. I spent so much time googling it but to no avail. I wasn't able to speak with an agent right away, but within a few hours they had resolved the glitches and helped guide me to understand what I needed to do. It's a very nice website and there's so much you can do for free, it's really wonderful.

It is a awful experience with this website from the start and it is my son's wedding. Thru the website, I tried to book a room but never did receive a confirmation. So, as I was ready to book directly with Comfort Inn, I recceived my credit card statement and was charged $259.00 for accomodations for which I received no confirmation, no details of the accommodation such as dates, room info, per night charge, total charges including tax, and similar info that hotel guests should receive (and would have if I had done the booking independently of the With Joy.com). This is a case for the Texas State Attorney General. I am truly furious enough to go ahead and write to Ken Paxton's office. I absolutely do not recommend this website, whether you are the wedding party or guest.

I had a really great experience with WithJoy! Despite a small visual issue at the beginning, the team took the time to fully understand my problem and helped me all the way through until everything was completely resolved. Communication was clear, easy to understand, and pleasant throughout the whole process. I really felt listened to and supported, and they made sure not to leave me with an incomplete solution. Everything is now working perfectly, and I’m very happy with the result. Thank you to the whole team for your patience, responsiveness, and professionalism. I definitely recommend WithJoy!

This company is a scam run by AI robots! If you look through Trust Pilot reviews you'll see that more than 25 per cent of people have had a similar terrible experience as myself and my wife. Joy reserve the hotel booking but then after you have paid them they do not then pay the hotel but keep your money. Some they will reluctantly refund but they have refused to pay us back the £200 they've stolen from us. You'll find many people in these reviews who have had similar experiences. We are in the process of contacting the Ombudsman to report With Joy.

Customer services really helpful and kind. After trying different websites, this was the most intuitive (for us, since we are not graphic designers) and nice looking. we would advice to everyone to use Joy if you want to keep your wedding website basic but with all the necessary information!

Great and easy to use! We’re used our with Joy website instead of invites and it’s been an easy way to collect RSVP’s for our wedding! And it’s free! Thank you!

Easy to use and love the look. Allows me to make any last minute changes. Definitely would recommend!
