Totally SKETCH!!!. Tried to send a cash gift and did not receive an e-card to personalize the gift, no options to do so. Site only asked for email information so it can "help us TRACK your GIFT" and then gave a selection for me to my paypal account. Nothing else!! OK, not acceptable. If you are going to offer the option of cash as a gift for the bride and groom you better have a true ability to ACCOUNT and to track each gift. This is totally SKETCH!

I don't ever go out of my way to review a website or app, but I don't want future couples to feel the frustration my husband and I experienced by using With Joy. If I could, I would go back and tell myself to just pay for a different and actually helpful website/app. This website made the wedding planning experience all the more stressful and aggravating by constantly having issues. The biggest frustration was that I couldn't get the link for the invites (despite them saying "linked copied"). I spent a fair amount of time working on it and had to link my guests to the website, which was disappointing. That is one example of many more issues I experienced while planning my wedding with this app. My advice: Pay for another app or something - the added stress is not worth the convenience of it being free.

Silly me. I ordered two very expensive gifts on a Joy registry for a family member. If I had ordered directly from manufacturer I would have saved almost $200 dollars. price match is only for MSRP. I would have rather sent the extra $200 to the bride and groom. I will be reporting to them that sucks. I saw other items on the registry that also were unfairly priced. You call yourself a free site and easy to use. Well it SUCKS for the guests who are buying gifts. NO BUENO. Mother who has planned 4 weddings.

I saw some people talking about joy online for wedding planning so gave it a go… big mistake. I wasted no end of hours trying to work around their weird systems, unhelpful customer service. Honestly nothing made me happier than deciding to switch to a different platform and close my WithJoy account down. It’s a real shame, I really wanted the free one to be good, but it was wishful thinking - I guess you get what you pay for. I ended up going with a paid option instead and it’s been a dream. Not sure if you’re allowed to mention other companies in these reviews but I’ll pop a review on their page too in case you want to save your time and sanity.

I would never use With Joy or "Joy" again. It has caused me no amount of Joy! Super buggy, messed up my RSVP's, had to use multiple ways to try and fix this, customer service were mildly helpful. I had to use an incognito tab to fix RSVP's.... Who the heck would know that's what you're supposed to do. Link's to website didn't work, ect. So many things wrong with this. Would not recommend.

The website for Withjoy.com is horrible ! I cannot believe that in this day and time they make it so difficult to do something as simple as placing an order online. It is almost impossible to place the order. After several tries, and reaching out to the company, which there is no way to contact them, I deleted my order. I went to another website and placed my order in 5 minutes. I WOULD NEVER, EVER RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE TO ANYONE !!!!

I have entered the guest info 3 times and it continues to deny and shove me down a rabbit hole. Extremely frustrating and inefficient.

This website is horrible! Spent an hour trying to figure out how to navigate the website to purchase a simple gift for a baby shower... thought I had purchased the gift, only to find out that I was charged $4.99 by the site for I don't know what (I guess the e-card indicating that I was purchasing the gift and having it sent), yet the gift was never purchased. Redirected me to the store's site to buy the gift, but could not complete the purchase (kept toggling back to the "joy" site). So, I ended up just going to the store, buying the gift and a paper card, and sending the gift myself. Came back to the site to verify the mailing address before I sent the gift, but I can't access the address page... the site just keeps sending me to a page to "verify" the purchase of the gift and to enter the tracking information. Frustrating waste of time! Do NOT use this site!
