Usually when you email a customer service address for an online retailer, it goes into the abyss. I had a fabulous experience with Lunie’s customer service - they’re incredibly responsive and helpful. Would recommend!

I would give 4.5 out of 5 if I could. Unfortunately my first order was lost in transit, but when I reached out to customer support I received confirmation of a new shipment at no charge within 2 days. Very responsive. Looking forward to receiving my order.
