Absolutely love my lamp! I use it every evening. After about one month though it started making a humming sound so I emailed support. They were extremely kind and understanding and sent me a new lamp. Excellent customer service!

I was having trouble turning my Havie lamp on at first and reached out to customer service. Isabelle was absolutely wonderful and quick to respond with a video tutorial. I still had some hiccups understanding that you have to hold your thumb for a long pause over the Havie logo itself, but she perservered and we finally figured I just wasn't doing that. Thanks to her, I am now enjoying my lamp all the time!

I ordered from this company expecting a simple delivery. Instead, I was told they were certain the package had been dropped off correctly and that I should “look around some more.” The problem? The shipping label itself didn’t even match the delivery location or my address. I checked everywhere—porch, mailbox, neighbors, even up and down the street. Nothing. When I reached back out, I expected them to acknowledge the mistake and correct it. Instead, I’ve been met with silence. No response, no resolution. Now here we are, four days before Christmas, and I’m still without the package. This wasn’t just an everyday order—it was meant to be part of the holiday. Bottom line: customer service shouldn’t leave people chasing ghosts or waiting endlessly. If the label doesn’t match the address, that’s on them—not the customer. A company that wants loyalty needs to step up when things go wrong, not disappear.

I ordered an lamp and accidentally sent it to my old house. Once I realized, I emailed the company and asked if they could fix it on their end. Unfortunately it had already been shipped. Isabelle responded to my email and immediately sent a new package to my correct address. She was WONDERFUL to say the least. I don’t normally leave reviews but this was handled so quickly and kindly - especially during the holiday season. Thanks so much again!!! Nothing but great things to say.
