Great customer service Very quick to respond

I ordered the Havie lamp and when it arrived the light worked fine with the local controls, but my remote would not work. I messaged the team and they responded very quickly - and after some troubleshooting they were able to determine a faulty remote and sent out a new one. The lamp is great, and the service and customer support system was excellent. I highly recommend!

The lamp is great! The white noise and bluetooth speaker are cherries on top of the nice lighting. The customer service was quick and helpful.

The response was very quick & incredibly kind

I had an issue with the product (USER ERROR!!) after two weeks of use and reached out to their support team. I heard back from Isabelle who was very polite and suggested the probable solution which involved some ignorance on my part and lack of problem solving on my part also. I was a) relieved there was nothing wrong with the device and b) happy to admit to Isabelle it was my fault. She was kind, responsive, and understanding. I really like this product. It has given my bedroom a total vibe that isn't just one thing. Big fan of this product and on a sale I bought two, thinking if I hated it I'd just give them both as Christmas gifts. Now I want to keep both of them.

havie is grouse , i needed a refund. within like 3-4 hours i got an email back n the money came through. they asked me if i needed anything else. 5 stars for sure
