I am blown away by Havie’s customer service. Isabelle helped me out with my remote replacement and insured I was completely satisfied. This type of customer service is what brings customers back many times over. I already loved my Havie lamp but this really made me want to purchase additional lamps for friends and family. Despite the comments on Reddit and forums stating that this company is a dropshipper, their customer service and processing are remarkable. I'm hard-pressed not to do further business with them. I've had a phenomenal experience with the company and Isabelle; she sorted out my troubles swiftly and satisfactorily <3 (FYI I can't change my Google account name)
