When my Havie started beeping randomly, I was honestly worried I’d have to lock it in a box and put it away forever. Assured from reading other reviews, I reached out, with such a prompt response and helpful tips. Even more obsessed with my Havie now.

Great customer support - my package got lost in Christmas holiday transit, but Isabelle made sure I got it and sent out a new one. Love it!
