I encountered a shipping issue and contacted customer service. Isabelle was incredibly responsive and kind, quickly placing a new order for me. I’m really happy with the resolution.

Very responsive customer service!

It took a month and a half for it to arrive when the shipping details said it would be 6-8 days. Customer service was very little help. When I finally got it, it seems cheaply made and doesn't function the way I thought. Not worth the money or the hassle.

I got some very good help from Isabelle from the customer service! Now I can use the lamp without issues. Thank you so much!
