Amazing customer service from Isabelle! I had a weird issue the remote (ended up figuring it out!) but Isabelle replied with such a detailed and helpful and kind reply! Loving my Havie Lamp! VERY impressed with the white noise- I’m hard to impress with that kinda thing and it’s exceeds my expectations. The light from the lamp and assortment of colors is SO FUN. So soothing. I thought my newly arrived Havie lamp was malfunctioning. I contacted customer service and Isabelle assisted me. She was very quick to reply and provided a detailed response and even video which clarified I mistook a malfunction and was the solution to my issue. Great product so far and excellent customer service!
