Super Helpful! Isabelle was very supportive, easy to work with and solved my problem quickly and efficiently!

I received my havie lamp as a gift. I reached out to the customer support team due to having some technical issues - Isabelle provided detailed step by step instructions on how to trouble shoot. Unfortunately it seemed my havie device was defective so Isabelle was prompt to confirm my shipping details & send out a replacement! Really appreciate the level of support provided.

At first I was worried this was too good to be a true, a scam, and when I had a couple minor concerns when my order arrived I feared that was true. BUT I am happy to share I was wrong and Isabelle in customer support went above and beyond to help me and put my fears to rest. I’ve used it the past couple nights and I’ve never felt so calm and relaxed falling asleep.

I experienced some issues with my lamp not turning on only a few weeks after receiving it and it having worked fine up until then. I contacted the support team via email and was provided with clear instructions on how to reset the lamp, and told if that didnt work then the team would replace it for me asap. Fortunately, the rest worked and I am back to using my Havie lamp again! The response via email was very quick and Isabelle was so helpful. I feel embarrassed to say I wasnt expecting such great service, but Isabelle exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much

The Havie lamp has exceeded our expectations. We absolutely love it. It transforms whatever space you take it to: bathroom, balcony, bedroom. I've taken videos of it and shown it to friends who immediately reply "I WANT THAT!" Smart friends. This is an innovative atmosphere changer - more about energy and mood than light. Even better, the customer service at Havie is top shelf. The packaging got damaged on the journey (no damage to the lamp) and letting Havie know that resulted in a fantastic interaction with Isabelle, and my impression of the company grew further. They know how to hire too. Smart lamp, smart company. I'm buying more.

I absolutely LOVE this product. It is so beautifully calming. I use it at night before I go to bed, I use it when I shower, and the white noise to put me to sleep. I’m obsessed. Customer service (especially Isabelle) is 12000000/10! Highly recommend. You will not regret.
