I was having trouble with my Lunie lamp (user error) and reached out to Havie for support. Isabelle responded to my request very quickly and was SO sweet in every interaction. Isabelle helped me to quickly sort out the issue I was having, and went above and beyond with her kind communication. 10/10 experience, thanks to Isabelle!

When i received the lamp I noticed that the cord was not in the box. I contacted customer support via email and they responded quickly. They clarified the situation and my lamp works great. It brings a calming mood to my bedroom to help me wind down.

for reference, my wife and i are millennials, so by all rights we should be tech savvy.. come to find out we are not. initially we struggled to do anything with the lamp, which is embarrassing at baseline. so we reached out to customer service for help, and izabelle graciously replied and saved the day with a video SHOWING us how to work it. thank you, we love it and we love knowing how to use it <3

I only turn on my Havie light now at night..it gives such a beautiful warm glow..like watching a slow warm fire place..all my friends who visit always comment they want one too! and Isabelle in the support team made it super duper easy to buy it online thankyou!

Great customer service! I reached out to follow up on charging cables which were not included. Isabelle promptly explained and the issue was dealt with well. I love these lamps!
