PREDATORY AND SCAM, USELESS
SCAM I cancelled my $59.99 subscription last month. Then, magically a new type of subscription for "e-books" appeared, and my subscription plan was canceled but now a new one appeared for $45.00. So they claim, you canceled your regular subscription, but not this magic new e-book one that you are automatically signed up for and need to email to cancel. This is so predatory. For a company that claims to help people with mental health, they are actually gouging them after they give their payment information. The terms for a refund are ridiculous, you have to show proof of using their product in order for a refund. "You must contact us via support @ wisey.app within 30 days after your initial purchase, but before the end of your subscription period; You should have adhered to the plan for at least 14 days* in a row, and your refund request should include supporting materials to demonstrate your compliance. Specifically, please provide us with screenshots of your plan history showing your personal progress, as well as comments on the recommendations from the plan you have followed, including any perceived shortcomings." I want a refund for the subscription that magically appeared that I did not sign up for. I never agreed to pay over $100 a month to this "service." Oh, and the plan/course stuff is also scam. It's like, 1 minute videos and within a day of glancing at the topics and courses it's 1. The same stuff you can learn from YouTube through the most basic searches 2. I immediately knew this was not for me and I wanted a refund. THIS WAS 3 MONTHS AGO. Even if they provided good service (which they don't) I wouldn't use this company simply for their evil practices. If they just treat you as a wallet to gouge, do you really think they're going to care you overcome procrastination? There are way better services and information.
