Absolute scam. Went to sign up for a "free trial" and was offered the app at a reduced price. Stupid me thinking it was a one off fee. Only had access through a single email. Very difficult to navigate and because there's no app, follow up emails or any other way to access the account it's very impractical for anybody, let alone someone with ADHD. Absolutely designed to scam people with ADHD. Billed one month later and I was able to cancel my subscription and get a refund. Or so I believed. 2 months later I'm billed again - for an even larger amount this time. It turns out my subscription was cancelled but I have been "upgraded" to a 3 monthly subscription instead without any consent or communication, and now I'm being charged for that. Although I specifically said I did not want a subscription and wanted to cancel my "membership" apparently you need to double confirm that the company has, in fact, deleted your information because you need to give extra consent to do this. After all - you wouldn't want to ever have to give them your billing information again. This company needs to be investigated and shut down. Avoid at all costs.

FOUND: Order ID 3c6c100b-ae04-4f1b-aa40- 724c5e5200b4 i do not remember signing up for ANYTHING from these folks ... whenever i subsc to ANYTHING, i create an entry in my contacts, and NOTHING there, (because i've been busy with medical and doing taxes for other elderly --FOR FREE-- didn't ck my PP account) and got charged $20 in Jan, then $59 in Feb, Mar, and April. Who ARE these people? international fraud bound to be harder to recover ... Elder abuse getting seriously out of hand.Order ID 3c6c100b-ae04-4f1b-aa40- 724c5e5200b4 according to their email, used ecbatana-AT-eaglet*****.XXX ... must have thought i backed out w/o agreeing. Cannot find history of site in my records at all.

I looked at their website started signing up but there were issues and I never received any log ins. They charged me twice on one day for a monthly fee... over $150! When I tried to find how to cancel my subscription they sent me ANOTHER email - a "Welcome" email with no log in! I have sent an email to their support and to my bank. Don't go near a company that is this dodgy Update: After their "customer service " said they had cancelled my subscription they took another amount out of my account- the very next day.

This company uses bots as customer service. So if you need something resolved, good luck. Aside from that, the app isn't as interactive as they want you to believe. If you need help with ADHD, please see a specialist.

Promises a lot. Doesn't do anything other than bill you. ADHD people can't remember half of the things they look at let alone get sucked into. $99 for nothing. Subscription services like this are predatory, especially for those they claim to help. Zero stars is better.
