Content not as advertised, link to cancel is non-functional
This app is a SCAM. They won't let you cancel out of the trial (the app's "cancel" button is absolutely non-functional) and the app itself contains none of the promised content. It promised a personalized plan to help me manage my ADHD. I received no plan. Instead it is a bunch of powerpoints and articles that are not about ADHD, but are about topics like "identifying misinformation" and critical thinking. Everything I received is exactly the same as everyone else who has mistakenly signed up for this app. I am in a trial period for which they charged me $19.99. I need to cancel by 11/18 or they will charge me $59.99 on a monthly basis. I have tried multiple times to cancel this account using the "cancel subscription" link in the app, but clicking the cancel link does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING except send you to the "unsubscribe" page, which is blank except for an "in progress" spinner that NEVER stops spinning, even after 35 minutes! IT IS A SCAM.
