DO NOT ENGAGE WITH WISEY - Money Back Guarantee in NOT honored!!!
I am an educator of ADHD students as well as other disabilities. My daughter is also ADHD and I have some tendencies too. I came across Wisey and thought it looked promising and paid. I went through some of the videos/activities and found them to be superficial, lacking structure and really not helpful at all. I cancelled, then my card was charged. I emailed customer service who said there would be no refund, although there was a Money back guarantee before check out...so they LIED. Customer services provided me with their "rules" which include it is money back only if you prove to their satisfaction (which the criteria is clear as mud) that the program didn't work. It is shady. I believe also, that many of their positive reviews and other items within...like responses to positive comments and marketing are AI. It is highly possible the people who created this really have no experience and are targeting disabled individuals. The "rules" are confusing and unclear as someone with a master's degree...can't imagine having a full-blown disability in reading/attention and having to navigate. I have asked for a full refund again. Do not engage with this company. Google Wisey and the scam reviews out number the positive ones.
