Wisey's trial is labyrinthine. If you're reading this because you took the seductive online quiz, please don't make the same mistake as me and try it out!! A free trial automatically subscribes you to two separate subscriptions, a regular subscription and an "eBooks" subscription. You can cancel the regular subscription automatically, but you need to email the Wisey team to cancel the "eBooks" subscription, and you will still get charged for a month unless you follow a very specific protocol. The regular subscription is $60, while the eBooks subscription is an additional $45 per month. When I finally realized and asked to cancel my eBooks membership, Wisey asked if I wanted to pay a one-time fee to enroll in a lifetime membership, and when I declined they signed me up anyway. It's ironic and somewhat comical how this app is actually designed to be predatory towards people like me whose severe ADHD makes us forgetful, idealistic, and struggle to read the fine print. I was charged $38 for my trial month which claimed to be 19.99*, $105 when I forgot to cancel (my fault, but then again I didn't realize I was actually signing up for two memberships--this should be illegal), and then an additional $45 when I canceled my regular membership, but didn't realize I needed to specifically email the company for the additional eBooks membership I didn't even want. What's worse is that Wisey still has my credit card information on file, and there's no option on the website to remove it. Anyways, it truly pays to be ADHD. Not me, but maybe the founder if he decides to charge me again without my knowledge or consent.

Total scam!! I requested a refund immediately! The quiz gave the same results for 3different people purposely answering with different answers. I was refused a refund and now they keep hitting my account for 59.00, will not refund! Will not cancel.
