Did not know that I signed up for this trial and was charged a couple times before I noticed. When asking for a refund for a service that they can see was never ever used not even during the trial period is pretty terrible customer service.
Response from WiseyJun 16, 2025

This was only the first video I have watched. I am not fully into this yet and have not heard anything new that I have not already tried. I will continue and see what I can learn from here.

I was surveyed, advised an individualised plan would be created with tools I could use to develop habits for symptom management. I saw a video of a women using these tools on Facebook. Then I needed to commit to access my plan- and on doing this I only can access 3 short videos that are basic information on focus relevant to the general population. Worse.. it had fast speech to deliver content, overlay of music and sound effects when I struggle to focus and process info due to adhd! I have immediately requested a refund (within an hr of paying) but see terms/conditions are you are not refunded as the expectation is you complete the program to decide it’s useless and you need a refund or to cancel. I just wish I had checked reviews prior to committing. I think this is a scam guys and stay clear. Ps: after wisey reply: I did contact service via email and feedback system online. They said sorry about disappointment, offered me more products and closed off my request as finalised.

Already wrote my thoughts on the previous survey about 1 minute ago. Why the 2nd survey?
Response from WiseyJun 12, 2025

We're sorry for the duplicate survey request — that wasn’t our intention and we understand how it can be frustrating. We’ll pass this along to our team to help improve the experience. That was a lot of great information, I may watch it again with a slower speed to help me absorb all the info. The busy visual effects were grabbing my focus and I was not fully paying attention to what I was hearing.
Response from WiseyJun 12, 2025
Dear Lucas! Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! We're really glad to hear you found the information valuable. Your point about the visual effects and pacing is important—our goal is always to support, not overwhelm. Watching at a slower speed is a great idea, and we’ll also share your note with our content team as we continue refining our videos. If there’s anything specific you’d like us to improve or adjust, we’re always here to listen!
