BEWARE: The Wisey.app is a complete money-grab scam that preys on people with ADHD. They have slick FB ads that lure in ADHD sufferers--and then they trap them in at least an $100 (or more) scam. After falling for a sales funnel on FB, I guess I signed for a free trial, without it even being clear what exactly I was signing up for. (Their marketing is totally misleading and I thought I was getting a service not just some downloads!). Then, Wisey was VERY misleading in what they were going to charge. Looking back at their intro email, they say something about a $40 charge after the free trial. BUT then the first charges on the first day after the trial ended totaled up to MORE DOUBLE THAT-- a total of over $97 in one day (a $59 charge followed by a $19.99, followed by a $17.99 charge-- ALL on the same day)!!! As soon as I realized I had been charged, I contacted them I tried to cancel and get the charge refunded (within a couple days of my trial ending) and they are REFUSING to give me any of my money back-- EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NEVER even downloaded their app, or signed on to their app, downloaded any of their crap! I didn't use it, and have NO USE for it. But the folks at Wisey just don't care. I explained to the customer service person via email that our family was going through some financial struggles due to health issues that caused us to move out of our home...and that we could not afford these charges. I explained that I never even downloaded the app and don't even understand what the charges are for...and they had absolutely no empathy and refused to refund any of the money. These people are total scammers. They KNOW that ADHD people will probably get distracted and forget about fighting these unfair charges. But I am not giving up. This is crap. and their customer service is the worst! IF they had quality product that helps people then they can make their money off these people who want their product! NOT by charging more than 2X what they said they were charging..to people who have not even downloaded their app and have said that they don't want their product!

Unrequested ongoing subscription charged. I purchased a 1 time ebook for information and assistance, at $19.99 USD. That I accept. At no time did I request an ongoing subscription. I have just been charged $59.99 USD on my Paypal account for that ongoing subscription. I have told them now that I had no desire to subscribe to anything ongoing and no knowledge that I had. I am someone who reads the screen very carefully. I have requested a refund, I will update this post if I get my refund. I do not recommend this company, there info may be somewhat valuable ( though not worth that $59.99USD ) And I have not even received any updated material. . but their sales design is sneaky. Edit ... OK so I see a prompt refund in PayPal but still waiting for $$ in the bank, thank goodness as I am a pensioner. Edit ... 1 star to 3 Stars. OK so 5 days later the money has been returned to my bank. Thank you Wisey and thank you Trustpilot
