I was attracted to the benefits offered for a person with ADHD. Unfortunately, I did not continue to engage with the app, which is common for someone with ADHD. The terms and conditions appear to be correct by law I imagine, but the fact that I have been charged at inconsistent intervals for large amounts which were hard to track from my bank via PayPal, and there is no simple way to unsubscribe I think is a demonstration of the values of this organization. I cannot speak to the efficacy of the app for others, but subscription management is unnecessarily difficult for the amount of money they charge. Personally, I feel ripped off and hope that others don’t have this experience.
