I subscribed wisey, what was sold as a annual subscription. I had subscribed for workbook but unintentionally a click got me to subscribe for their workbook too (a total of £85). These workbooks were just a pdf versions to help fifth graders. Such repetitive stuff that after day 4, I stopped using the app. Then suddenly i got a payment of £45 + £30 taken off my account. Turns out this was all a monthly subscription. When I asked for a refund, I was given bunch of alternate options including a lifetine subscription for the same amount. But since i declined, i was then told a refund cannot be made. Do not take the bait. There's no magic to this, just another business model designed to con the vulnerables. But thats my take on it, so use your own logic

The stuff is so basic it’s insulting. Then auto renew is turned on. I didn’t log on in after day one or two. No check-ins. ZERO VALUE delivered. They credited me 34% off monthly charges or 50% off last transaction”turned out to be MASSIVELY expensive over a few minutes months. No responsibility taken by them. This business model is to scam you out of your money. In can be nothing else. Recurring charges come in as “KOFLIMIN”. Company HQ is in Republic of Cyprus. BUYER BEWARE. Dirtbag organization. Taking this to the AG .

My experience with Wisey Support was terrific. I called their support number (my choice, as I could have sent an email), I left a detailed message including my email address. I was amazed that I received a response from Ruby at Wisey support within seconds (literally, it wasn't 2 minutes) when I received a very helpful email that progressed me towards resolution. I sent one more email with the screenshot I was getting. Again, I received a response within 2 minutes (it may sound like I'm making this up, but I'm not) and Ruby identified my problem and gave me the steps I needed to take to totally resolve my problem. FYI: My former job, prior to retirement, was as Vice President of Support for a $3.7 Billion/year software company - so I know support, and I know really great support and that is exactly what I received today, really great support. It doesn't get better than that. Thank you all very much.

Die App zur Selbstorganisation enthielt nichts fundamental neues. Könnte aber durchaus einigen Menschen, die wenig Erfahrungen mit dem Thema Selbststrukturierung haben, helfen. Kritisch wird es wenn man die App abbestellt. Denn die Bestellung der App wird scheinbar auf zwei Gebührenposten aufgeteilt 1. Die App selbst und dann 2. Ein Handbuch (eine pdf-Datei), das mit monatlichen Gebühren teuer abgerechnet wird. Was mir nicht klar geworden ist. Wenn man dann die App abbestellt (die ich nicht brauchen konnte) läuft, dann prompt die monatliche Gebühr für das Handbuch (das ich nicht gelesen habe) weiter. Dieses Handbuch ist, bis ich die weiteren Abbuchungen gemerkt habe, mittlerweile zu meinem teuersten Buch in meiner Bibliothek geworden. Denn WISEY ist nur bereit 50% der Kosten zurückzuerstatten. Um mich nicht weiter mit der Firma rumärgern zu müssen, habe ich die 50% Rückerstattung angenommen. Das Verfahren finde ich äußerst grenzwertig. Ergänzung: Mir wurde 50 % Rückerstattung angeboten. ich habe zugesagt, weil ich einer nervigen Auseinandersetzung aus dem Weg gehen wollte. Ich hatte den App-Vertrag schon vor Monaten storniert. Erst die Kündigung des Lastschriftverfahrens hat die Abbuchungen beendet. Die angekündigte Rückerstattung bezog sich dann erstaunlicherweise auf die letzte Abbuchung, nicht auf den Kündigungszeitraum. Bei Wisey muss man um jeden Euro kämpfen. Zusagen werden nicht eingehalten.
