Ich habe im letzten Jahr eine lebenslange Lizenz der Software Winvideo AI erworben. Nach dem Kauf erhielt ich einen Aktivierungsschlüssel, der laut Anbieter mit meiner E-Mail-Adresse verknüpft sein sollte. Da die Software auf meinem damaligen Rechner kaum funktionierte, habe ich mir später einen neuen PC mit aktueller Hardware aufgebaut. Beim Versuch, die Software dort erneut zu aktivieren, erhielt ich die Meldung, dass der Lizenzschlüssel ungültig sei. Ich hatte den Key zusammen mit meiner E-Mail-Adresse in einem Textdokument gesichert, um genau solchen Problemen vorzubeugen. Dennoch konnte der Support meine E-Mail-Adresse nicht im System finden und forderte einen Kaufbeleg an. Leider war es mir nicht möglich, diesen Nachweis zu erbringen, da der Anbieter offenbar keinen gängigen Zahlungsdienstleister wie PayPal oder Stripe verwendet. Die Transaktion taucht weder in meinem Bankkonto noch in meinem PayPal-Account auf, und der verwendete Zahlungsdienstleister ist mir nicht bekannt oder zugänglich, um dort nachträglich einen Beleg anzufordern. Aus meiner Sicht fehlt es hier an Transparenz und Verlässlichkeit. Es wirkt so, als ob die Lizenzverwaltung nicht nachvollziehbar organisiert ist – was im Problemfall zu erheblichen Schwierigkeiten führen kann. Auch wenn die Software preislich attraktiv erscheint, sollte man bedenken, dass es bei vergleichbaren, wenn auch teureren Produkten oft ein Kundenkonto gibt, über das sich Lizenzen und Käufe jederzeit einsehen lassen. Diese Möglichkeit fehlt hier leider. Mein Fazit: Aufgrund meiner persönlichen Erfahrung kann ich den Kauf aktuell nicht empfehlen. Ich rate Interessierten, sich vorab genau über die Lizenzbedingungen und die Zahlungsabwicklung zu informieren.

Excellent products, excellent customer support.

Purchased WinX DVD Ripper Platinum and thought the product would support my needs. Initial results were promising, however after a short period of time the program would crash. No error messages, just a hard crash. I would restart the project, and the same thing would occur over and over. I contacted support and asked for a refund only to be met a ton of requests to try this and that to resolve the issue. I was even requested to try another computer (sure I’ll just run to Best Buy and buy one to give that a try 🙄). Customer support was lacking, the products stability was lacking. Be cautious purchasing from this company. Update: only after posting this review did I get action from the company. They did ultimately provide a full refund, but as mentioned above, not without the challenges and this posting to get there. There are many people who have had a positive experience, but I do maintain the perspective to proceed with caution.

As a long term user of the WINXDVD Ripper then Platinum upgrade software, and now the WINXDVD AI release. I can only describe the software as reliable and brilliant. The old WINXDVD Converter software has been upgraded to the AI version. Provided to us Lifetime licence holders of that package free. I had purchased Lifetime Licences of both original packages for a single computer. My use being amateur, home only. However I had not foreseen the need to replace my laptop which expired, then lately moved from a Laptop to a Desktop. With failing eyesight need everything bigger. A request made by me to support, was met with understanding and a new licence key for the replacement hardware on both occasions. Thank You. I found both software packages easy to use. The online tutorials explaining operation that us mere novices can cope with and follow which frankly weren't really needed. I did experienced a strange glitch after putting a 3 minute video clip through the AI program, contacted support and it has promptly been flicked to the software guru's to investigate. I have found Ricky Ma at support always patient, helpful, prompt to assist. I wish all of the software package retailers I have downloaded product from were as helpful. With Digiarty WINDVDX software a Lifetime Licence is honoured. Updates and upgrades are automatically downloaded and free. Don't expect the same from other retailers of other software products, like Icecream Slide Show Maker. An Upgrade means you are restricted to the original downloaded version, or buy another Lifetime Key. We call that fraud in Australia. Nor are all software products easy to use, for mere mortals like myself. I sincerely commend Digiarty and WinDVDX packages as, must have software tools.

The program I purchased does what it promises. What I found excellent, was the helpful customer suppport with my license issue.

I have been using winxdvd for many years. I have had very few problems, but when I did like this past month converting 1 episode of a 5 season show, they were there for me. They never gave up and helped me until it worked. I am talking a few weeks of emails back and forth. When my husband asked what I had been working on and I told him, even he was quite impressed with all the help I was getting. Best customer support ever. You just have to email their support email and you will get help. Thanks Ricky Barbara

Programm taugt nichts. Nach kurzem Probelauf noch alles gut, danach geht nichts mehr. Hilfe habe ich erhalten, war aber nicht tauglich, also keine Hilfe. Nach stunden langen suchen, Abbruch- dann das so grossartige Geldrückgabeversprechen benützt-das natürlich nicht eingehalten wurde
