WinXDVDReviews of winxdvd.com

It MIGHT work - but it´s just one more fraudy pices of dirt. Ohh you almost cannot read about the software for the word FREE FREE FREE - Of cource it´s not. That you will learn when you have installed the software and opend up your personal computer to the company, doing tafic you also cannot see what is - UNLES YOU PAY!! Digiarty ANYTHING is an absolute NO GO! :-( - The site might say they do trial on all their goods. But when selling their "gods", the word Trial somehow are replaced with the word FREE.

Terrible. My wedding DVD has scratches. Bought this software to try to rip it. They said they have a 30days money back guarantee, so I thought it worthed a try. It couldn’t rip the dvd. I tried to get my money back. Impossible. They kept asking me to try different things, which I did try, but it never worked. And I never got my money back. Sounded almost like a scam. Lost $50...

this company work in mysterious ways. I'd steer well clear.

I bought a version of the WinDVD Platinum with "lifetime" updates. I recently tried to update and I was asked about the registration code (which I provided) and the e-mail address used at the time of purchase. The latter does not exist anymore, so my request was rejected. In spite of four attempts to contact Digiarty by e-mail, I could not make any progress.

One of the worse companies I have ever dealt with. Their product does not work as advertised. It clearly states on their website they have a 30 day money back guarantee. They refuse to refund my money even though I had the product for less than 48 hours. Their emails to me were rude essentially stating I did not know what I was doing as they kept sending me information on how to use it. (I am in the IT field and have actually used their product and several competing products for over three years. It is a specific thing I was trying to do that they advertise on their site their software does that is not working!) I explained to them that I had tried everything they sent to me, and I had used their product successfully with many videos, just not the ones advertised that they could also extract. They said they do not give refunds unless their is a bug in their software. Well, if their software does not do what is advertised, that is a "bug." However, their website just says 30 day Money Back Guarantee. Never pay for their product unless you are 100% sure it is working for you. They do not give your money back as advertised!

Never worked, I had loads of emails back and forth with them asking me to try various dvds and they eventually said my laptop was outdated and I could reinstall it when i bought a new laptop; they would not refund me for my £40 ($40) purchase. I bought a brand new laptop and it still doesn’t work. Scam!! Steer clear!

ordered their product to convert AVCHD files to MP4...doesn't work and they keep asking me to send them the file, take forever to get back to me, all I want is a refund. They should know what the files is as they are the one who SEO'd those words and their site says it does exactly what I'm trying to do. I shouldn't have to do this much work as a customer to get their product to work.

Be very wary of this company as any time you ask for support they can never "find your details" in order that you re-purchase the necessary key(s)!
