Just knowing that someone will look into helping me troubleshoot issues gives me confidence in the product and the company. Love this software, works like a charm. I've had it for at least a couple of years and hasn't skipped a beat. I did have a problem with a particular dvd; made an enquiry and within 10 hours got a reply and a resolution (I just needed more info than usual - a particularly difficult dvd).

Seit vielen Jahren nutze ich die Programme von WinX. Neben der einfachen Menüführung und Stabilität schätze ich besonders, dass ich regelmäßig mit Updates versorgt werde, und das bei einer Lifetime-Lizenz. Dazu ist die Hotline des Unternehmens gut besetzt. Wenn ich eine Frage habe, wird die Mail innerhalb weniger Stunden kompetent beantwortet. Wo gibt es so etwas heute noch??? Bei WinX!!!
