Receiving my Winkbed was an easy, fun experience! And watching the bed transform into its final form was something almost magical!

The chat staff was helpful in addressing my questions/concerns but didn’t really listen to my needs. I repeatedly stated that while we were plus sized, we didn’t want an extremely firm bed. Well the bed arrived in a beat up box that had shoe marks from someone kicking it. It was so heavy we couldn’t get it up the stairs on the first try. We then finally got it unwrapped and set up, and it is so firm it hurts my hips and back. I’m so disappointed and wish I had gone with my gut and not with the more expensive and less comfortable recommendations from the staff.

Order process was simple, delivery in a week. I like the mattress cover design. I wanted SOFT with support. So far it’s on the firmer side. It’s been two weeks and I just rotated the mattress per instructions. So we’ll see.
