The delivery was great. It unfolded quick and without problems. I'm not sure if it's comfortable for me. My back hurts, or more like stiff in the morning. I will give it some more time.

The only problem, was delivery. I received many different delivery dates.. I was lucky I happened to be home.

Easy peasy with ordering and timely delivery. I still can't believe a California King bed comes in such a tiny box. I'm in physical therapy for my back now, and have to say that the before and after, once I began using my Wink bed, is remarkable. Huge improvement!

UPS did not deliver on the day communicated and when they showed up they opened the back door of the truck and rolled the box off the back. The box split open and the mattress was damaged. Winkbeds has been great with their responsiveness and customer service

The mattress we ordered arrived in a timely fashion with no problems! Thank you. We weren't able to open the mattress until a couple of days ago because our new bed wasn't here yet. After two nights on the wink mattress, it is firmer than I find comfortable, but I always need a few days to adjust to any new bed. The quality of the mattress appears to be great.
