We had a great experience purchasing a Wink Bed online. This is our first time purchasing a mattress online so we were apprehensive about it. I had a difficult time understanding how a hybrid mattress with coils could be rolled up and shipped but Wink Beds explained how it works and they were completely right. Of course the 120 day sleep trial with free return was a critical factor in feeling comfortable purchasing online We purchased the luxury firm King and it is a very heavy mattress so getting it upstairs was a bit of a challenge. Thankful for a strong step-son who helped me do it. The mattress was super easy to lay out on the box springs ( existing) and the second we cut the sealed plastic it started to expand and was fully expanded in 2 to 4 minutes. We had no smell from the mattress whatsoever. So far so good sleeping on the mattress. We are only a week in and it is firmer than our previous mattress but we are very happy so far. Todd

I admit I gave incorrect address… mattress arrived at wrong address. I reached out to customer service before foundation shipped… was given confirmation that shipping address was changed to correct address… unfortunately, it showed up at the wrong address again. No one corrected or made this easier. I am not thrilled.

We spent a lot of time researching what bed would be the best for us. The ease of ordering the bed and delivery were great. However we feel the bed is too firm for us. Despite being rated for back pain specifically and side sleeps we are both waking up to reposition and sore in the morning.

The delivery was timely. The adjustable bed was a snap to put together. The mattress may have to be returned for a less firm model. It’s pretty hard. Otherwise everything was as expected.

This is second Hybrid bed - first one was different brand and for guest bedroom. This one WinkBed was for master bedroom and replacing 15 year old TempurPedic. This bed seemed as (very) good as any others, with fantastic features and, especially, an amazing value. It has been excellent from first night - although I expect it to be even better as it relaxes. Would do another one in an instant.

The frame is what we hoped- well built and sturdy for an active couple.

Received mattress. Box was tattered.

WINKBEDS did a great job, but UPS failed to deliver my mattress on the day I chose- I paid $10 to have it delivered two days later because I would not be home- and on the day it was supposed to arrive I received a notification that my package was lost. It took UPS 7 DAYS to find my package and when it was finally delivered, it was 9 days late. Very unsatisfactory experience while buying my first mattress.
