I like the pillows, however I removed 1/3 of the cubes in each 1.

This is not a firm bed, though it's rated as such. And I worry, with time, that the bed won't remain level, and will slope permanently.

We ordered a medium firmness bed, and it turned out to be somewhat on the firm side, which is great: firm but not too much so for our older backs, hips, and shoulders. This bed is very comfortable without feeling like you're sinking into it.

The delivery process was excruciating. The delivery of the bed was delayed several days beyond what was listed at time of purchase. The Shipper, UPS, only provides "Delivery before 7 PM", so it is impossible to ensure someone is home. As such, they attempted delivery once, took the mattress back when no one answered the door. Then they 'misrouted the mattress', and on their next scheduled delivery day, which I took off of work, they simply did not show up. The mattress was eventually delivered the following day, when I was not home, and it was left blocking the door to the apartment. The box was filthy, and torn in a few spots. Luckily the mattress was well wrapped and not stained. For the delivery process alone, I will probably just buy from a brick and mortar store the next time.

Happy with the bed. Sleeping well. Did however return the frame as our old frame wasn’t that old. Still waiting for refund.

I have had a great experience with Winkbeds. They stand behind their commitment to their customers.
