Unexpectedly quick and simple!
Having read a number of mixed reviews I was unsure what to expect, but I wanted to get a couple of Cities Skylines DLCs at a discount price. I was expecting a few days delay for the transaction to be approved. However, I got the activation keys instantly! While I was promoted with an error when I activated the keys on Steam. The DLCs were available and ready to use once I played the game, without any downloading required. SUPER HAPPY! Ended up playing until 2 am.

Thank you for the kind words. We had a reputation in the past where some orders would get put on hold for days on end. We have changed a lot of the processes behind the scenes since then, and processing held orders are much quicker when/if they happen.
