Horrible experience. They claim to have real humans but that is a lie - there is nobody - there is nobody to contact for assistance. They take your money while failing to deliver the product, forcing you to go through your payment source to cancel and go somewhere else. Save yourself time and frustration and skip this awful company altogether.

Long waiting time only to find out they dont have requested key, and only after i submited complain. First time it happened to me in digital key store, waste of time.

If i knew i would have to wait until the next day to have my order "reviewed" I would have just spent the extra 10 bucks to paly it instantly and get it from steam.

Be careful when purchasing from this site because they hide additional fees that are not clearly shown on the final checkout page. On most other websites, the last payment page clearly displays the product price, any service fees, and the exchange rate charges (if applicable). Here, however, you only see the product price. As a result, buyers may assume that this is the final amount, only to discover after payment that extra fees and currency conversion charges have been added without any clear warning. You should also be aware that WinGameStore operates exclusively in USD. If you pay in another currency, you will also be charged currency conversion fees. Unfortunately, this is not presented transparently during checkout. For example, if a game costs €5 on sale on Steam and WinGameStore advertises it for €3, it may seem like a better deal. However, after the hidden fees and exchange rate charges are added, you could end up paying €6 or more. In that case, what is the point of buying it from WinGameStore? I do not question the legitimacy of their game keys, but their lack of pricing transparency deserves negative feedback. Customers should be shown the full amount they are expected to pay before completing their purchase. What did Wingamestore gain from all of this? Absolutely nothing. They refunded the product credit , lost a customer, and received a negative review in return. That's all they accomplished. Ridiculous management.

I ordered a game, and have been waiting hours with no response. By reading reviews here I find out that they don't work during European working hours on weekends, and I have to wait for someone to manually approve my order. There was no warning about this when I placed the order. No where does it say processing an order could take hours and hours, with no response from support. They happily accepted the payment (no human representative needed for that!) but when it comes to deliver - you're out of luck. Terrible service, avoid at all costs. Edit: To the snarky official responder, first of all, the attitude says all I need to know - this is not a customer friendly business. Second of all, if you're going to be taking hours to deliver an order, you need to have a disclaimer that SAYS SO. This isn't the 90's or 2000's, when you order digital goods online, the default experience is instant delivery. If you can't provide that, it's on you to warn customers. But obviously that would cost you sales, so you'd rather let customers have a bad experience. Get off your high horse and do better. Also: I don't care that you're in the US, the website is worldwide and you accept orders at any hour. If you can't deliver, don't accept orders.

Ordered a game, 24 hours later I have nothing. Order is still processing - awaiting manual review. Support is not responding, despite payment going through immediately after placing the order. Never buying from them again. Ridiculous that in this day and age I have to wait for an electronic code for more than 5 minutes, let alone 24 hours or MORE. Who knows when Ill actually receive my code, but by then Ill probably have canceled my order. Terrible site, non existent support. NO WARNINGS about the long waiting time. Do not waste your time on this site. I just wish i read some reviews of the page before I actually ordered.

Store has a manual review policy in place for your first purchase without actually mentioning it anywhere during the purchasing journey. A short mention/warning with an estimation of how long the review process might take based on when you make the purchase would go a long way, but I guess that runs the risk of losing potential first customers. Instead the customer is blindsighted with this manual review policy, the problem is exacerbated if you are a EU customer and making a purchase outside of US working hours, as their review staff is not active outside those hours. It's baffling to me that they've been able to get away for this for years and still haven't improved their first purchase experience. Unless this aspect improves, I refuse to do use this store in the future
