Okay website but I had to make an account just to claim the steam key from a game that was gifted to me. How stupid, just give me the key.

We value your feedback, and have considered this multiple times in the past. Due to region restrictions on many keys, the gift receiver needs to claim a gift code so that the system can pick the proper region-restricted steam key to grant based on that user, and not the gift buyer. However needing a shopper account to do all of this, is something we might be able to reduce or remove in the future.

Delivery delay
I bought the games on Saturday, and got the game-keys on Monday. The buy process adverts with small print that all key are subject to key availability, but it never states that this could take from 1 day to 1 week. This is only communicated after the purchase is done. On the other site the price was pretty cheap. The small print says literally: "All Steam, Epic, Uplay, Origin, Bethesda, Rockstar key delivery products are subject to key availability. These are not infinite, and can run out at a moments notice. Every effort is made to fulfill Back-Orders placed, however Publishers have the end say in all availability and delivery of keys. Direct download games have no stipulations as the download is available upon order completion."

Thank you for your review. That disclaimer is on the checkout page before you place an order now as well. Most games will pre-warn if its in back-order, however sometimes two people place an order for the last key and its now suddenly back-ordered for one! Painful experience. Especially when wanting to play that game right away. It can be worse when this happens on a weekend when most all publishers are out of office to respond to a key refuel.

bad, slow website.
i ordered rdr2 cause it was the best price over there. i waited almost 48 hours! then they cancelled my order. it might be legit but that thing is bad. good thing i got a refund!
