Okay website but I had to make an account just to claim the steam key from a game that was gifted to me. How stupid, just give me the key.

We value your feedback, and have considered this multiple times in the past. Due to region restrictions on many keys, the gift receiver needs to claim a gift code so that the system can pick the proper region-restricted steam key to grant based on that user, and not the gift buyer. However needing a shopper account to do all of this, is something we might be able to reduce or remove in the future.

I had purchased a game using Paypal only to be hit with a "order pending manual review." I waited for about 3 hours, then I decided to cancel the order as I was expecting immediate delivery of the game key. I submitted a support ticket to cancel the order. A few more hours later I received a notification email saying the order was completed. I then received a reply from support that "the order was complete, did you get everything?" I was a bit sceptical of what was happening at this point due to the timeframe between these emails. Thankfully a member of the support staff resolved the issue in a very courteous manner and provided a refund on the order, which to be fair, they didn't have an obligation to. To clarify, the fault lays with me. Due to my haste, I had overlooked a detail shown that some orders may be needed to be reviewed by a staff member. Due to the timezone difference, I had placed this order at around 11:30pm PST time, which explains the delay. Thanks WinGameStore!

Thank you for the honest review! We apologize for the order being put on hold in the first place. That happens pretty rarely these days (not as much as in the past).

Significantly cheaper than any other store I could find. Got my key immediately, placed order with PayPal and the order confirmation screen had my activation key on it, perfect.

Bought the game on saturday, when I had free time, 2 days later I still don't have the product i bought. Already lost the hype and interest I had in the software. There is no mention of delay before buying
