Wine Cellar InnovationsReviews of winecellarinnovations.com

We built a fairly large wine cellar and used entirely Wine Cellar Innovations all heart redwood racking. About half was custom and half was kit racking. It turned out beautiful and all our friends can't believe the quality of the finished product. We worked with Diego during the construction process and he made it a priority to give us phone support where/when needed. We would purchase from Wine Cellar Innovations again, if the need arose.

WCI was great to work with! They helped with the design of the wine shelves, which was wonderful. The shipping was quick! Their costs were fair too. I would highly recommend them!

WCI was great to work with, from initial design concept to delivering the final product. They gave suggestions that improved the cellar functionality, provided professional schematics and easy-to-follow assembly directions. My cellar turned out better than I ever imagined.

Great racks. Well made and easy to assemble with a nail gun. I ordered enough for about 500 bottles and converted an old pantry with 6 foot high redwood racks.

I was very nervous about buy these racks unassembled. My fears.turned out to be baseless. I put them together with the help of a carpenter friend and the optional nail gun kit. The racks went together easily and all the parts fit perfectly. They are very stable and are 10 feet tall! We put together the corner unit, a 10 foot section and 2 3 foot magnum racks as well as 2 3 bottle wide 10 foot racks in 6 hours. Attaching them to the wall was a bit more difficult because the floor was not perfectly level and one of the walls was out of plum. We used 2 1/2 inch #8 wood screws into wall studs and this worked out well. Do not try this without the nail gun kit as this saves a ridiculous amount of time and effort. I am extremely happy with these racks which are very stable and strong. The optional trim kits help with appearance and stability. Very very pleased. Ordering was smooth and easy. My agent helped with the design and made some excellent suggestions. Thank you Mo! The wood is finished with water soluble stain so as not to contaminate the wine.

We recently ordered a few wine racks from Wine Cellar Innovations. Well, I am so glad we did. We couldn’t be happier with how our wine cellar turned out. It was easy to assemble and it looks fantastic. A few pieces were damaged when they arrived but it was no problem. We called and spoke to Diego who quickly reshipped the damage pieces. Which arrived very quickly. Thank you Wine Cellar Innovations Ethan

I bought semi-custom racks from Wine Cellar Innovations for about 200 bottles for a wine cellar I built. I was very happy with the result. The racks were nicely stained and look very nice. The price was excellent and they had lots of options. They shipped promptly and were well packaged. I bought them about 2 years ago and they have held up beautifully (light use). They also followed up personally (actual human, not auto email) to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. I would absolutely purchase from this company again. The one downside and the reason I deducted a star is that assembling the racks was a giant pain and the instructions weren't very good. The interlocking pieces fit together so tightly that at first I thought I was doing something wrong. Eventually I got them to fit by wrapping the pieces with towels and walking on the joints, which actually worked quite well. I did get the optional compressor and nail gun and I think this is absolutely mandatory. Otherwise you would have to drive hundreds of tiny nails by hand.

I have purchased from the Wine Cellar Innovations twice as I have built my wine rack system. The first time I was missing a few pieces but I was able to get them on the phone and within 48 hours I had all my pieces. They came timely, easy to install and look great. Strongly recommend. Tony
