Wine Cellar InnovationsReviews of winecellarinnovations.com

Finding Wine Cellar Innovations made this project much easier and more cost effective than making the racks myself. The quality of construction and the quality of the finish is top notch. The website giving good line drawings with full dimensions allowed me to fit the space perfectly with out guess work.

From their website to their customer service to their products they far outclassed their competition. They were extremely helpful in determining what i needed for my cellar and they were RIGHT!

Our 8ft Tasting Center rack is looking great. We get lots of compliments from everyone who visits. We did end up (and highly recommend) using a brad nailer and assembled the entire rack in a few hours. There were a few nonessential pieces broken/missing and double of some others but the replacements arrived within a few days of the request.

Wine Cellar's customer service was amazing! When I called to get opinions on the different types of racks I was given very detailed descriptions. In addition I called to ask questions why I was installing and the rep was very helpful in walking me thru step by step. I would give them a 4.5 however as the installation process, why simple, the supplies given were bad. The nails were soft and as soon as I would hammer them, they would bend. I split a few pieces of wood trying to install. Also, some of the nails did not have sharp ends, and none had a larger flat head to hammer. Pls ask for better quality nails when purchasing.

We ordered three curvy wine cubes and we love them! We had excellent service that exceeded my expectations. I was on a tight schedule getting them to use in a charity "wine wall" fundraiser. I was nervous that they wouldn't arrive on time, so I called on a Saturday morning, hoping that I might be able to leave a voice mail. Imagine my surprise when an actual person answered the phone and politely directed my call to the appropriate person. I spoke with a worker in the warehouse who said he would ensure that the wine cubes were sent just as soon as possible. They did indeed arrive quickly and they are beautiful. My husband assembled them easily, and after they were featured in our wine wall fundraiser (where they got many compliments), we have put them in our dining room. It's refreshing to order something online and receive such good customer service from people who truly care about their customers and the quality of their products.

I am quite pleased with the wine racks from Wine Cellar Innovations. They were perfect for my basement wine cabinet. Before I purchased these racks, my wine was stored in the cardboard shipping boxes turned on their sides. I simply painted the racks, used wood glue to assemble them, and placed the racks in the cabinet. What a difference! Everythng is neat and orderly. And the price was more than reasonable. Though the product was listed as a "second", the quality was first rate. In fact I coudn't find a better deal anywhere. Thanks again. gary

We couldn't be more pleased with how our wine room turned out thanks to Wine Cellar Innovations. The racks arrived as promised even though I jumped the gun a little by writing that some of the components didn't arrive. But they did the next day so my note was premature. The racks were easily assembled and fit as they were designed. I started out using the supplied nails, but quickly switched to a pneumatic brad nailer which made the process go faster and cleaner. We're using the redwood racks mostly as storage though it looks like we may eventually do some collecting. We're now on a mission to fill some of the empty space. We chose Wine Cellar Innovations due to a recommendation by a neighbor who also built a wine room and used the same racks. Our room measures 7' x 9' with a little alcove where I built a cabinet out of redwood to match the racks. We then added a 28-bottle fridge on top of the cabinet. I also added an LED rope light on top the racks, all hidden by some matching redwood trim pieces. I'd happily recommend Wine Cellar Innovations. Jim & Carolyn Youngs

Although it took a little longer than they thought it would, there were no issues and we are very pleased with the new cellar. The room is transformed!
