I ordered the stackable wine racks for our bar top to showcase the new wines we got in and it really made the bar look beautiful... I received me order quick and they were already pre assembled a few days after receiving my racks I got an email from customer service to see if everything went ok which was a plus!!! I will defiantly be ordering more racks from this company

Really good product
I bought a set of Vintner series redwood wine rack kits for my little wine room. After looking around the web at several options, I decided to try Wine Cellar Innovations first. However, after trying to sort out exactly what combination of kits I should get I contacted the company to take advantage of their free design service. After a quick exchange of emails with Fabian, and a couple of days, I got some sample layouts. After looking at a few more iterations I finally placed my order. The kits arrived in several boxes, in good shape and with everything I needed. The kits assembled flawlessly and the redwood was straight and without knots. After sorting through the pieces and the directions the assembly went fairly quickly. I used a pneumatic brad nailer which I highly recommend - without it you might need two people. I did it all without help.
The kits I purchased stacked 3' racks on top of 4' racks for a total height of 7', and also got 2 corner units. I also got the "display" option which displays the bottle label for one bottle in each column - it slightly reduces the number of bottles but I think it will make it easier for me to keep track of what I have stored in each column. The racks are sturdy and solid.
I really love the finished product. It looks custom made it fits so tightly into the room - only about 2" of space on one end of the rack. I am really a novice at this, so I don't have any other products to compare this to, but based on my experience I would recommend this company to anyone. Hope this review helps.

Would we use Wine Cellar Innovations again? ABSOLUTELY. From start to finish – a great experience.
We recently bought several kits from Wine Cellar Innovations and could not have been more satisfied with our experience. The website is easy to navigate and there is a wealth of information – which we used over several months while we designed our wine cellar. The dimensions for the various kits we ordered were clearly stated and accurate; we were able to easily determine which kits and how many would fit in the space we designated for the cellar.
Placing the order was simple – as was the tracking of the order. It arrived within a week of our placing the order. Everything was packaged very well. Only one part of one kit came damaged. However, we were able to quickly reorder the piece at no cost – and it arrived 10 days later. Would we use Wine Cellar Innovations again? ABSOLUTELY. From start to finish – a great experience.

Good experience
I got what I ordered except the paneling was not stained and I had to request a credit which I got. The wood was rough, watch for splinters but looks good. Overall quality is good. The order was processed to my satisfaction and delivery was what was promised. Overall the experience with Wine Innovations was good to slightly above expectation.
The assembly process itself was intuitive and straight-forward but I would definitely recommend using the brad nailer which was provided for orders greater than $2000. The assembly is strong and self supporting.
As have an improvement recommendation to the manufacture as follows:
Use supports in the front that space the columns (w/ datoed slots) same as in the back. Without these on stackable units or otherwise, the columns may not be aligned.

Great company, nice people, designer wine racks beautiful
Designer wine racks working just fine. Thanks a bunch for the design an materials. Assembly was a snap. I personally used a hammer, with a few taps everyone can enjoy a bautiful wood wine rack from Innovations. The curve sections were a bit tricky at first, but came together nicely. unfortunately I stained racks myself, an a nail gun would of made the job a whole lot easier. One comment, on curve sections would like to see a curve section turn counterclockwise instead of always right or clockwise. If you notice on the Web site. Love your wine racks looking forward, in doing business with Innovations again. Ordering was a snap..click what you want.. Thanks Eric

Excellent Customer Service, Great Prices!
Was seeking a wine rack to start building my collection. After talking with several different wine rack sales people, I was getting frustrated, everything was so expensive. And, thus turned to the web for a quick search.
I came across Wine Cellar Innovations. Just wanting a quick look at what they had, and then had one of those annoying little pop up windows open with an agent asking if they can help. I figured why not, and super happy that I did. I was able to 'chat' with the sales agent, at first thinking that it was a computer bot, and then realizing that it was a human, that actually took the time to read what I was asking about. They helped me find the perfect rack to start with, and it fit into my budget perfectly.
I choose the basic shipping, and it was at my home in a mere 2 days. It was not assembled, though the directions for putting it together were quite easy. If you have access to a small nail gun, this process will go a lot smoother. I only went through three one-eighth inch drill bits, but they are so small, that they break easily on their own. In all, it only took about 20 minutes to put the rack together.
Now it sits happily in my home, a new conversation piece, and holds all of the wine that I want. The best part? It's an expandable rack, so more racks can be added to the collection when necessary, and they don't look out of place.
